To be married anywhere in Santa Fe, you will be required to have a New Mexico Marriage License.   Luckily, New Mexico is one of the states where obtaining a marriage license is very easy and simple.   First, there is no waiting period for a NM marriage license and no blood tests.   All you need is a valid driver's license, $25 for the fee and to take those to the Santa Fe County Clerk's office.
